Ingredients
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Turnips - 1 bunch
- Hemp oil - 2 tablespoons
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Flaxseeds - 1½ tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the cucumbers lengthwise in half, then slice them very thinly. If the cucumbers are small, you can simply slice them into rounds.
Step 2
Wash the radishes well, remove the greens, and slice them very thinly as well.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into large wedges.
Step 4
Finely chop the herbs, removing the tough ends of the stems.
Step 5
Dress with flaxseed oil and unrefined sunflower oil. If you don't have flaxseed oil, you can substitute it with olive oil.
Step 6
Add a tablespoon of flaxseeds and mix well.
Step 7
Salt to taste and garnish with the remaining 0.5 tablespoons of flaxseeds on top.
