Description
Strawberries pair wonderfully with tomatoes—provided that the strawberries are sweet and the tomatoes are ripe with a hint of acidity. A bright, aromatic dressing, again with a touch of sugar, will bring them together. Recipe by American chef John Smith.

- White bread - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes and strawberries into larger than medium pieces, and slice the herbs into thin strips.
Step 2
For the dressing, mix chard, cilantro, basil, and parsley with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and add sugar.
Step 3
Dress the salad.
Step 4
Place a spoonful of stracciatella on a plate and add segments of toasted (preferably grilled) white bread.
Step 5
Garnish with small leaves of lemon balm on top.
