Summer Salad with Tuna

Ingredients

  • Carrot - 2 pieces
  • Ham - 8.8 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
  • Tuna - 7.1 oz
  • Pea shoots - 14.1 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Eel - 1 bunch
  • Marinated cherries - 5 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted boiling water, then drain and cool. Meanwhile, boil the eggs for 9 minutes. Drain and immediately plunge into cold water, then peel and cut in half.

Step 2

Gently mix the tuna with the peas. Trim the end of the lettuce head and separate it into leaves. Rinse under cold water and shake off excess water. Cut four thick slices of ham into wide strips; do the same with the peppers.

Step 3

Arrange all the ingredients on a plate, and it is ready to serve.
