Summer Vitamin Salad
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 3 pieces
- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Ramiro Pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Arugula - 5 stems
- Basil - 1 sprig
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Thistle Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and peel the vegetables thoroughly.
Step 2
Slice the cucumbers into thin half-moons.
Step 3
Do the same with the radishes.
Step 4
Cut the Ramiro pepper into small pieces.
Step 5
Slice the tomatoes into small strips.
Step 6
Chop the garlic finely.
Step 7
Combine the ingredients in a deep bowl and add salt.

Chop the arugula and add it to the salad.
