- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Dill - to taste

Cut the tomatoes into quarters, place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with basil, salt, dill, and press in the garlic.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to the highest temperature. Once you place the tomatoes inside, reduce the temperature to 100–284°F. Cook for 3–5 hours.
Step 3
When the tomatoes are ready, pack them into a jar, cover with olive oil, and store in the refrigerator.
