- Dried Apricots - 0.4 oz
- Pitted Wild Apricots - 10 pieces
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Honey - to taste

Step 1
Soak the dried apricots and prunes in hot water for about five minutes to soften them, adding the walnuts in the last minute to keep them clean and crumb-free.
Step 2
First, place the chopped beetroot in a salad bowl (I used pre-cooked and chopped 'White Dacha'), then top with large pieces of cheese, dried apricots, and prunes, and add the walnuts. Drizzle honey on top. Wait at least half an hour for the beetroot to release juice under the weight of the other ingredients, then gently mix.
