Sweet Blueberry Pizza
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 0.1 oz
- Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4.2 oz
- Black Currant Jam - 0.3 cups
- Fresh Berries - 7.1 oz
- Melted Cheese - 8.8 oz
- Water - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix warm water and yeast in a small bowl. Let the mixture sit for a while until the yeast is fully dissolved, about 5 minutes.

Combine flour and salt in a food processor, then add oil. While mixing, add the yeast mixture. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Then place it on a lightly floured surface and knead well until a smooth mass is formed (about 1 minute). Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a large bowl well greased with oil, and turn the dough to coat it evenly with oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place.

Wait until the dough doubles in size, about 1 hour. Remove, knead, and the dough is ready to use.

Preheat the oven to 410°F.

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and cinnamon until smooth. Spread the mixture over the pre-baked crust. Top with blueberry jam. Sprinkle everything with mozzarella, and then add fresh blueberries.

Place the pizza on the oven rack and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the blueberries release their juice.
