Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Eggplants - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Curry - to taste
- Ground Nutmeg - to taste
- Ginger - to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - to taste
- Linden Honey - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Add spices to taste: curry, ginger, and a little nutmeg. Salt and add one tablespoon of rice vinegar. Mix everything well and place it in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Fry the chicken over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
While the chicken is frying, slice the eggplant (sprinkle with salt, and you can also peel it beforehand), tomatoes, pepper, and apple. When everything is sliced, the chicken should be white on all sides. Add all the sliced vegetables to the chicken in the frying pan.
Step 3
Also add the chopped walnuts.
Step 4
Mix everything and simmer over medium heat for another 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables release their juices.
Step 5
Before serving, drizzle a teaspoon of liquid honey over the portion.
