Ingredients
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Water - 15 fl oz
- Sugar - 5 oz
- 9% Vinegar - 5 fl oz
- Starch film - 2 spoons
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Remove the seeds and white veins from the sweet pepper.
Step 3
Peel the garlic.
Step 4
Place sweet and hot peppers (no need to remove seeds from the hot pepper), garlic, and pour in 350 ml of water into the blender bowl.
Step 5
Blend the contents until the vegetables are chopped into small pieces.
Step 6
Pour the contents of the blender into a saucepan, add sugar, vinegar, and salt.
Step 7
Bring to a boil.
Step 8
Mix the starch with the remaining water and pour it into the saucepan.
Step 9
Continue to cook over medium heat, whisking the sauce constantly.
Step 10
When the sauce reaches a jelly-like consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool.

The sauce can be stored in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to three weeks and served with your favorite dishes.
