Description
Use moderately carbonated water with low mineralization. If you are making lemonade with homemade coffee, use 70 ml of very strong coffee and 150 ml of sparkling water.

- Espresso - 2 fl oz
- Sparkling water - 7 fl oz

Step 1
To prepare the lemonade base, soak lemon peels with sugar overnight in a ratio of 2:1. The sugar extracts the juice from the peels, and the juice dissolves the sugar, resulting in a thick syrup without any water.
Step 2
For a 400 ml glass filled to the brim with ice, add 45 grams of syrup and 200 ml of sparkling water, and stir well.
Step 3
Top with a double espresso. If making at home, use 70 grams of very strong coffee and 150 ml of sparkling water.
