Ingredients
- Turkey - 1 piece
- Turkey - 2 lbs
- Pistachios - 3.5 oz
- Walnuts - 100 pieces
- Ham - 4.4 oz
- Peeled chestnuts - 7.1 oz
- White Vermouth - ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dates - 3.5 oz
- Brandy - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a whole turkey (approximately 8-10 kg). Carefully remove the bones by cutting open the back.
Step 2
For the stuffing, mix diced turkey breast (1 kg additional), dried ham, nuts, chestnuts, dates, brandy, wine, and eggs. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Stuff the turkey with the prepared mixture and sew up the body.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 329°F. Place the turkey inside for 3 hours. Occasionally baste the turkey with the juices from the pan.
Step 5
Slice the cooked turkey and serve with the stuffing as a side dish.
