Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 lbs
- Mild Chili Spice - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- 9% Vinegar - 7 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Thoroughly wash and sterilize 0.5-liter jars using a convenient method.
Step 3
Remove seeds and stems from the sweet red pepper, and wash it well under running water. Cut into large strips or cubes to pass through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Remove seeds and stems from the chili pepper, wash it under running water. Cut it to pass through a meat grinder.
Step 5
Pass the prepared chili pepper through the meat grinder.
Step 6
Pass the prepared sweet red pepper through the meat grinder.
Step 7
Add 250 grams of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt to the container with the ground peppers.
Step 8
Place all the ingredients in a pot and put it on the heat.

Pour 200 ml of vinegar into the pot. Bring to a boil. Boil over medium heat for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 10
Pour the hot sauce into sterilized jars. Seal or screw on the lids. Turn the jars upside down to ensure they are well sealed. Cool at room temperature. Store in a cool place.
