- Shallots - 2 heads
- Minced garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
- Swiss chard leaves - 1 bunch

To prepare Swiss chard with shallots and vinegar, chop the chard stems into small pieces. Tear the leaves into 5 cm pieces and rinse.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chard stems, shallots, garlic, and season with salt.
