Ingredients
- Scorpion fish fillet - 10.6 oz
- White Part of Leek - 2.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the leek into thin rings.
Step 3
Brush the fish with oil.
Step 4
Add soy sauce.
Step 5
Place the steak on a dry, hot grill pan.
Step 6
Season with herbes de Provence.

In a small pan, heat the oil and add a pinch of salt.

Flip the steak once the bottom side is browned.

Add ground pepper. Reduce the heat slightly. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the leek to the hot pan.

After 3 minutes, flip the leek.

Add the white wine. Braise for 3–4 minutes, then drain the wine and remove from heat.

Transfer the steak to a plate.
