Ingredients

  • Scorpion fish fillet - 10.6 oz
  • White Part of Leek - 2.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
  • Herbes de Provence - to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
  • Flaky sea salt - a pinch

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the leek into thin rings.

Brush the fish with oil.
