Tabaka Chicken with Sour Cream
Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 1 teaspoon
- Poultry - 1 piece
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Adjika - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken, cut the breast, open the chicken up, making a cut along the backbone on the inside, gently pound it to flatten, rub with garlic, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Before frying, grease the inside with sour cream and place it on a heated pan with fat, back side up, and cover with a press lid. When the inside of the chicken is well browned, grease the back with sour cream, flip it over, place the press on top, and fry until cooked through.
Step 3
Place the cooked chicken on a serving dish and garnish with herbs. Serve pickles and spicy adjika separately.
