  • English Cucumbers - ½ piece
  • Fennel - ½ head
  • Green Onion (Scallions) - 4 pieces
  • Cherry Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
  • Mint Leaves - 2.5 oz
  • Parsley - 1.8 oz
  • Dill - 1.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

To prepare tabbouleh with fennel and tomatoes, cook the millet in salted boiling water, stirring occasionally, until al dente (about 10-15 minutes). Drain the liquid, place in a large bowl, and let it cool completely.

Step 2

Meanwhile, mix the garlic, oil, and lemon juice in a small bowl, season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add the cucumber, fennel, green onion, tomatoes, mint, parsley, dill, and the prepared dressing to the millet, and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
