- Veal - 31.7 oz
- Eel - 3 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the veal into thin slices (5–7 mm), season with salt and pepper, and grill on both sides over a grill or over an open flame. Two minutes on one side and one minute on the other. If this level of doneness does not meet your expectations, keep the veal over the fire for three minutes on one side and two on the other.
Step 2
Slice the cooked veal into even smaller pieces. Tear the lettuce into large pieces by hand.
Step 3
Place the meat on the salad and drizzle with a sauce made from olive oil, lemon juice, grated Parmesan, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
