Description
As an option: when the sauce is ready, place the pasta in a baking dish, pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with Parmesan, and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15–20 minutes.
Ingredients
- Cream 22% - 17 fl oz
- Goat cheese - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Pork chop with bone - 10.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Basil - 1 tablespoon
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 17.6 oz
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta, drain it in a colander, and rinse under cold water.
Step 2
Make the sauce. Finely chop the onion. Cut the pork chop into small cubes. In a saucepan, sauté the onion until translucent, add the pork chop, and fry until golden brown, seasoning with pepper.
Step 3
Pour in the cream. Reduce by a quarter. Add the gorgonzola and stir constantly until it dissolves. Season with basil.
Step 4
While stirring constantly, add the flour and continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and mix gently without breaking the pasta.
