Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 16.9 oz
- Onion - 2.1 oz
- Garlic - 0.7 oz
- Thyme - 0.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
- 33% Cream - 13 fl oz
- Truffle Oil - 0 fl oz
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 8 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 2
Rinse and dry the mushrooms with a paper towel.
Step 3
Dice the onion and garlic into small cubes.
Step 4
Sauté the chanterelles, onion, and garlic with a sprig of thyme in a preheated skillet for 3–4 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cream, salt, and pepper to the onion and mushroom mixture. Stirring constantly, simmer the sauce for 3 minutes. Remove the sprig of thyme.
Step 6
Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix well.
Step 7
Place the cooked pasta on a plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and drizzle with truffle oil.
