Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 17.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 8 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Thyme - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Cream - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms (if large, use 8 pieces) and boil them for 5–10 minutes in a small amount of water, adding salt.
Step 2
Boil the chicken and the pasta (for 6–7 minutes).
Step 3
Now let's prepare the sauce. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the flour, mixing it with the butter and seasoning well with salt, then add the cream. The flour should blend well into the cream (if not, I blend it in a mixer), stir until smooth and pour in the mushrooms along with a little broth (there should be a small amount) and mix well again. Add the chopped chicken, pepper, and thyme. Mix well.
Step 4
Serve the sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
