- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 7.1 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 7 pieces
- Arugula - 10 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves - 5 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 0.3 heads
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta until al dente, which will take about 10–15 minutes (depending on its thickness and type; I prefer wide tagliatelle). Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the water to prevent the pasta from sticking.
Step 2
In a blender, prepare the sauce from tomatoes, basil, garlic, and onion. Heat the resulting mixture in a pan with a small amount of olive oil.
Step 3
Sauté the shrimp in olive oil for no more than 2 minutes, seasoning with salt and a little black pepper.
Step 4
Place the pasta in a deep plate, drizzle with warm sauce, top with shrimp, and garnish with arugula.
