Tagliatelle with spinach and mushrooms
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 8.8 oz
- Champignons - 7.1 oz
- Cream 22% - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 piece
- Parmesan Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 3 spoons
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Crush the garlic with a chef's knife and peel it.
Step 3
Chop finely.
Step 4
Peel the onion.
Step 5
Finely chop.
Step 6
Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
Step 7
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Step 8
Place the mushrooms and onions in a hot skillet.

Once one side of the mushrooms is browned, flip them over. Reduce the heat to medium.

Put the water on the heat. Add salt.

Stir the mushrooms and add the garlic. Mix again.

Add the pasta to the boiling water. Reduce the heat and cook according to the instructions on the package.

After a couple of minutes, season the mushrooms with salt, stir, and reduce the heat a bit more.

Pour in the cream.

Grate the cheese using a fine grater.

As soon as the cream starts to simmer, stir it.

Season with a pepper blend.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water.

Add most of the cheese to the mushrooms.

Top with pasta.
