Tagliatelle with Zucchini, Garlic, Lemon, and Chili

Ingredients

  • Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 6.2 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Courgette - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Chili Flakes - ¼ teaspoon
  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until al dente.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the sliced zucchini and sauté for about 4 minutes until golden. Then add the minced garlic and chili flakes. Cook for another minute. Remove from heat and add the grated zest of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Drain the pasta and mix it with the zucchini. Season to taste and sprinkle with Parmesan.
