Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 6.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chili Flakes - ¼ teaspoon
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the sliced zucchini and sauté for about 4 minutes until golden. Then add the minced garlic and chili flakes. Cook for another minute. Remove from heat and add the grated zest of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and mix it with the zucchini. Season to taste and sprinkle with Parmesan.
