Tatar-style Beef Tenderloin
Ingredients
- Veal Tenderloin - 8.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Capers - 3 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vinegar essence - to taste
- Dijon Mustard - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the meat in the freezer for 45 minutes. Then, transfer it to a cutting board and cut it into small pieces with a sharp knife.
Step 2
Place the chopped meat on a plate and refrigerate it.
Step 3
Soak the capers in salted water, then drain and rinse them under running water. Grease a bowl with oil and mix in the egg yolk. Add the capers, parsley, chopped onion, and chili. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Arrange the meat on 2 chilled plates, form mounds, create a depression in each mound, and place the yolk with the vegetables inside. Drizzle with oil and vinegar to taste and serve with Dijon mustard. Enjoy your meal!
