Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Khmeli-suneli - 1 tablespoon
- Beef - 7.1 oz
- Red Canned Beans - 1 can
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 5 teaspoons
- Malt Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into thin half-rings. If the onion is 'homegrown', juicy, and sharp, it's better to chop it and soak it in hot water for 2 minutes; otherwise, the onion's flavor will overpower everything else in the salad.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Cut the meat into cubes.
Step 4
Chop the garlic or crush it using a garlic press.
Step 5
Drain the water from the can of beans and rinse them.
Step 6
Add the onion, beef, bell peppers, garlic, chopped cilantro, and toasted, finely chopped walnuts.
Step 7
Season with salt, add black pepper and khmeli-suneli.
Step 8
We make the dressing from olive oil and wine vinegar.
Step 9
