Ingredients
- Arak - 0 fl oz
- Ginger Green Wine - 5 fl oz
- Vodka - 1 qt
- Raisins - 5.6 oz
- Dried Apricots - 5.6 oz
- Candied fruits - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare a homemade infusion for Pesach. Pour vodka into a jar or vacuum bag, add raisins and dried apricots, and place it in a warm, dry spot for at least 10 days. Shake the contents periodically. Once the vodka starts to taste like sweet dried fruit, the infusion is ready.
Step 2
Strain 50 ml of the infusion, then add ginger beer and homemade arak. Mix well.
Step 3
Garnish with candied ginger and a cocktail umbrella.
