Description
Temaki with Flying Fish Roe
Ingredients
- Rice - 5.3 oz
- Tuna - 7.1 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 9 pieces
- Flying fish roe - 1.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 3 teaspoons
- Courgette - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the nori sheets in half and place them in front of you with the rough side up and the long side facing you. Then, on the left half of the seaweed, place the rice, leaving a 1 cm border on each of the three edges.
Step 2
For the filling, finely chop the tuna fillet, add the flying fish roe, kimchi sauce, and mix.
Step 3
Place the tuna-roe-kimchi filling and a piece of avocado or cucumber on the rice.
Step 4
Roll it into a tight cone shape using your hands. The tip is slightly moistened with water to prevent the roll from falling apart.
Step 5
Serve on a round plate, placing pickled ginger in the center, and pour soy sauce into a separate small dish.
