  • White bread - 5 pieces
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 8.8 oz
  • Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard Greens - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Eel - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate 1 clove of garlic, add 5 tablespoons of olive oil, and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Toast the bread cut into cubes.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and sauté in olive oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

For the dressing, mash the egg yolks with mustard, grate 2 cloves of garlic, add lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste, mix, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
