Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Don't chop too finely. Cut the cheese into similar-sized cubes or smaller. If you decide to add onion, it should be finely chopped.

Add kefir, starch, salt, and spices. Use less salt than usual — the cheese already adds salt.
