Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Beans - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground clove - to taste
- Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Step 3
Peel the zucchini and onion, and cut them into quarters.
Step 4
Place the bread in a deep bowl and pour in the milk. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to soften.
Step 5
Pass the fillet, zucchini, onion, and garlic through a meat grinder, and add the bread for a more uniform consistency.
Step 6
Add the egg, salt, pepper, and 1–2 tablespoons of flour to the resulting minced meat. Mix well.
Step 7
Form small cutlets from the minced meat and coat them in the remaining flour sprinkled on a board or any flat surface.
Step 8
Heat the skillet well and add the sunflower oil. Fry the cutlets on both sides, then reduce the temperature after 3–4 minutes.
Step 9
Once the cutlets are browned, add water and simmer for another 10–15 minutes until cooked through.
Step 10
Serve the finished dish with any side dish.
