Description

Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 21.2 oz
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4 spoons
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cream - 13 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked, then chop it.
Step 2
Grate the onions finely and sauté them in olive oil. Add finely chopped mushrooms and chicken fillet to the onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a dry skillet, toast the flour until it turns golden brown, then add the cream and bring to a boil. Combine the resulting mixture with the chicken and mushrooms. Stir well.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture into individual ramekins and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30–40 minutes.
