Description

- Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Semolina - 2 spoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the liver and onion together, then add the cream and continue to whip.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs until stiff peaks form, then add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the ground liver into the egg mixture, add the semolina, and mix everything well once again.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish (I used a silicone one) with butter, pour in the mixture, and place it in the oven for 20–30 minutes at a temperature of 356°F.
