Tender Chicken Salad with Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 7 pieces
  • Onion - 0.1 oz
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken fillet until cooked (about 20 minutes after boiling). Cool and chop finely.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and pour boiling water over it, let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain the water and rinse the onion in cold water (this is done to prevent the onion from being bitter).

Step 3

Beat the eggs (one at a time) and add a little salt. Pour into a heated skillet greased with vegetable oil and fry. Flip the pancake and fry the other side.

Step 4

Cool the pancakes and cut them into strips. Mix the fillet, pancakes, and onion, add a little salt. Dress with mayonnaise.
