Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 14.1 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Pike Perch Fillet - 4 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Dry White Wine - 4 fl oz
- Butter - 2.5 oz
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes.
Step 2
Wash the fish, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Finely chop the pepper and onion, pour in the wine, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the fish and drizzle with the juices released during cooking. Make a puree from the pepper and onion, add the cream, and mix in 40 grams of butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Finely chop the parsley. Coat the potatoes with the remaining butter and sprinkle with herbs.
Step 6
Serve on plates along with the fish.
