- Veal Liver - 2 lbs
- Salt - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - 1½ cups
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the liver into portion-sized pieces. Pound on both sides (do not salt), mix salt and pepper into the breadcrumbs, and beat the eggs with a fork in a deep plate.
Step 2
Dip each piece in the egg one by one, then coat in the breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown in a well-heated pan.
