Ingredients
- Pork Neck - 12.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into steaks about 2.5 cm thick and pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Heat the mustard oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Add the steaks to the heated oil.
Step 4
Peel and crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 5
Add the garlic to the oil.
Step 6
Then add the butter.
Step 7
Season with the mixed ground peppers.
Step 8
Once the bottom side is browned, flip the steaks and set the heat to medium.
Step 9
Season again with the mixed ground peppers and add salt.
Step 10
After 2 minutes, pour the Worcestershire sauce into the oil and cover with a lid.
Step 11
After 5 minutes, transfer to a plate and serve.
