Description

For this recipe, it's best to use a mix of pork and beef in a 50/50 or 30/70 ratio. The number of sheets of dry lasagna will depend on the size of your baking dish, as well as the number of layers you wish to repeat.

Ingredients

  • Veal Mince - 17.6 oz
  • Basil Pesto Cheese - 8 fl oz
  • Ketchup - 6 teaspoons
  • Chili jam - 2 spoons
  • Ready-made dry lasagna sheets - 6 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Melted Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4 spoons
  • Italian chopped parsley - to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon

Grease the inside of the baking dish with olive oil.

Lay out the lasagna sheets.

Place the tomato sauce with basil in a bowl.
