Description
For this recipe, it's best to use a mix of pork and beef in a 50/50 or 30/70 ratio. The number of sheets of dry lasagna will depend on the size of your baking dish, as well as the number of layers you wish to repeat.
Ingredients
- Veal Mince - 17.6 oz
- Basil Pesto Cheese - 8 fl oz
- Ketchup - 6 teaspoons
- Chili jam - 2 spoons
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets - 6 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
- Melted Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4 spoons
- Italian chopped parsley - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease the inside of the baking dish with olive oil.
Step 2
Lay out the lasagna sheets.
Step 3
Place the tomato sauce with basil in a bowl.
Step 4
Add ketchup and chili sauce to it. Mix well.
Step 5
Spread a thin layer of filling (about 8 mm) on the lasagna sheets.
Step 6
Spread the meat filling with tomato sauce.
Step 7
Layer the lasagna sheets again.
Step 8
Spread the filling on top.
Step 9
Brush with tomato sauce again.
Step 10
Spread the cream cheese in an even layer about 3–5 mm thick.
Step 11
Slice the mozzarella into rounds about 6–8 mm thick.
Step 12
Add mozzarella on top of the cream cheese.
Step 13
Season with Italian herbs and a blend of peppers.
Step 14
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F. After 10 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 15
After 20 minutes, transfer to plates and enjoy the exquisite flavor.
