Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Curry - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Courgette - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds. Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into cubes and mix them.
Step 2
Peel the carrot, onion, and garlic, chop them, and sauté in olive oil for 5–7 minutes. Add pepper.
Step 3
Add the zucchini and tomatoes to the skillet. Occasionally drain the liquid. Simmer for about 15 minutes, and halfway through, sprinkle with pepper and curry.
Step 4
After 15 minutes of simmering, add the sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Before serving, sprinkle the zucchini with grated cheese, garnish with herbs, and it can be enjoyed with sliced beef and ciabatta.
