Ingredients
- Poultry - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 1.8 oz
- Marinated cherries - 1.8 oz
- Sweet Red Onion - 0.4 oz
- Corn Salad - 0.2 oz
- Yakiniku sauce - 1 fl oz
- Dill - 0.1 oz
- Leek - 0.7 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 0.1 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season one half of the chicken fillet with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Brush the skin with half of the teriyaki sauce and bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes at 356°F.
Step 2
In a separate pan, fry the potatoes cut into wedges until golden brown, then add the sliced red onion and leek. Finally, add the cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters. Sauté briefly and add chopped dill.
Step 3
On one side of the plate, place the garnish, and on the other side, place the chicken, drizzling it with the remaining teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with corn salad.
