  • Lean Beef - 14.1 oz
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Celery stalk - 1 piece
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 10.6 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Rice - 3.2 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Mild Chili Spice - ½ g
  • Parsley - 0.5 oz
  • Tomatoes - 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Chop the onion and celery into small cubes. Attach the roasting accessory to the Optigrill and select the red temperature level in manual mode. First, sauté the onion until it becomes translucent, then add the celery and continue to sauté, stirring for another 2-3 minutes. Add the ground meat and cook until the meat is no longer pink.

Add diced bell pepper, minced garlic, rice, diced tomato, passata, chili, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to the minced meat.

Stir, cover, and set the temperature to orange. Cook for 20 minutes.
