Ingredients
- Beef - 10.6 oz
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Mint Leaves - 5 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root - 1.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar - a pinch
- Lime Juice - ½ piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Brush the meat with oil and grill for 3–4 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Mix finely chopped herbs, peeled and sliced ginger, garlic, chili, sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, oil, and salt.
Step 3
Slice the meat thinly and mix with the prepared dressing. Cut the cucumber into thin slices crosswise, arrange on plates, and top with the meat. Serve with rice cooked in coconut milk.
