Ingredients
- Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Red Curry Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into strips. Sauté in vegetable oil until partially cooked.
Step 2
Remove from the skillet. If there is broth left, pour it into a separate bowl.
Step 3
Slice the peppers into strips and the onion into half-rings. Sauté the vegetables in the same skillet as the chicken for about 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce. Mince the garlic. Combine soy sauce, garlic, honey, curry powder, pepper, and flour.
Step 5
Add the chicken strips to the vegetables, pour in the sauce, and add the remaining broth. If there is no broth, add just under a cup of water.
Step 6
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
