- Yogurt powder - 12.3 oz
- Cilantro - 7.1 oz

Prepare a mixture of one-third yogurt with curry paste, 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro, and add salt and pepper. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken, turning the pieces until they are completely coated. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes or cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
Transfer the marinated chicken to a rack placed over a baking tray, and roast in a preheated oven at 392°F for 35 to 40 minutes, until a golden crust forms.
