Description
In Thailand, everyone prepares Pad Krapow differently: the sauces, oils, spices, presentation, and pretty much everything else can vary. But the principle is the same: some type of meat—in our recipe, it's chicken breast—is stir-fried with sauce over high heat and then served with a fried egg on top. It will be delicious with basil and fresh vegetables, and as a side, you can go with the classic Thai tradition of rice.
