Description
In Thailand, everyone prepares Pad Krapow differently: the sauces, oils, spices, presentation, and pretty much everything else can vary. But the principle is the same: some type of meat—in our recipe, it's chicken breast—is stir-fried with sauce over high heat and then served with a fried egg on top. It will be delicious with basil and fresh vegetables, and as a side, you can go with the classic Thai tradition of rice.
Ingredients
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 17.6 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 2 spoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Raw cane sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Thai Bird's Eye Chili - 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Basil - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Mix the soy sauce with sugar.
Step 3
Add the oyster sauce and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 4
In a flat skillet with vegetable oil, fry the sunny-side-up eggs.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
Step 6
Sauté the minced garlic and chili for 30 seconds.
Step 7
Then add the finely chopped meat and sauté, stirring, until fully cooked.
Step 8
Add the prepared sauce to the chicken and stir until all the pieces are evenly coated.
Step 9
Remove the wok from the heat and add the basil leaves to the chicken.
Step 10
Stir and serve immediately with fried eggs.
