- Cilantro - 2 stems
- Peanut Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Jasmine Rice - 14.1 oz
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Oyster Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Spanish onions - 2 heads
- Potato - 1 piece
- Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Lime - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, boil the rice, peel the tomato and remove the seeds, chop the garlic, and slice the oyster mushrooms into medium strips.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over high heat and sauté the garlic in peanut oil for 20 seconds. Add the mushrooms, stir, and after 1 minute, add the boiled rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the finely chopped onion and tomato, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
Step 3
Cook, stirring occasionally, for another 1 minute.
Step 4
Serve on plates, sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
