Ingredients
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Mint - 1 stem
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Ginger - to taste
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lime - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Watermelon - 7.1 oz
- Watermelon - ½ piece
- Macadamia Nuts - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the cilantro and mint, dry them, and chop finely.
Step 2
Remove the seeds and chop the chili pepper.
Step 3
Mix the chili, chopped ginger, soy sauce, half of the grated zest of 1 lime, juice of 2 limes, and sugar. Add the herbs and mix well.
Step 4
