  • Green Papaya - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Peanut Sprouts - ½ cup
  • Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
  • Scallions - 1 piece
  • Chopped Green Onions - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon

  • Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Palm Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Roasted Peanuts - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the mango and carrot and cut them into thin strips. Transfer to a bowl. Add the sprouts, finely chopped chili, finely chopped green onion, cilantro, mint, and basil.
