Ingredients

  • Egg noodles for wok - 8.8 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 17.6 oz
  • Scallions - 5 pieces
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 piece
  • Snap Peas - 3.5 oz
  • Lime - 1 piece
  • Soy Sauce - 6 tablespoons
  • Grated Ginger Root - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 4 tablespoons
  • Sweet Chili Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes until soft. Drain and let cool in a large bowl.

Step 2

Mix the ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, chili sauce, and minced garlic. Combine the sauce with the cooked noodles.

Step 3

Add the shrimp, chopped green onions, cilantro, diced red pepper, and sliced snap peas. Gently toss and serve with lime wedges.
