- Green Peas - 8.8 oz
- Rice Noodles - 10.6 oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 4.4 oz
- Scallions - 13 pieces
- Carrot - 13.2 oz
- Peanut Sprouts - 10.6 oz
- Cilantro - 2.8 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 7½ tablespoons
- Lime - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the peas in a colander and immerse in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until softened. Rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the noodles, let sit for 4 minutes, rinse with cold water, and drain.
Step 3
Slice the carrot into strips, and cut the green onion at an angle. Remove seeds from the chili pepper and finely chop.
Step 4
In a large clear bowl, combine the peas, carrot, onion, sprouts, cilantro, chili pepper, nuts, and noodles.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, mix the chili sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, and season. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
