Thai Salad with Rice Noodles and Beef
Ingredients
- Lamb Neck Fillet - 21.2 oz
- Soy Sauce - 3 fl oz
- Rice Noodles - 7.1 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 2.1 oz
- Fresh Mint - 1.8 oz
- English cucumber - ¼ piece
- Scallions - 2 pieces
- Lime - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Marinate 4 steaks in 50 ml of soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the rice noodles, drain, and cool.
Step 3
Mix with the remaining soy sauce, finely chopped chili, minced cilantro, and mint.
Step 4
Slice a quarter of the cucumber into very thin strips and mix with the noodles and chopped green onions.
Step 5
Heat a skillet and fry the steaks for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Divide the noodle salad into 4 bowls, top with the meat. Serve with lime wedges.
